The User must attach a copy of proof of identity (identity card or passport). Requests for the deletion of personal data will be subject to the legal obligations imposed on My Kimono® (particularly regarding the retention or archiving of documents).
7.4. Non-Disclosure of Personal Data
My Kimono® refrains from processing, hosting, or transferring the Information collected on its Clients to a country located outside the European Union or recognized as "inadequate" by the European Commission without prior notice to the Client. My Kimono® remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors provided that they offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the GDPR.
My Kimono® undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and, in particular, to ensure that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. In the event of an infringement of the integrity or confidentiality of the Client's data, My Kimono® will inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken.
No "sensitive data" is collected. The User's personal data may be processed by subsidiaries or subcontractors (service providers) of My Kimono®, exclusively for the purposes of this policy.
8. Incident Notification
Despite all efforts made, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. In the event of a security breach, My Kimono® will inform the affected Users so that they can take appropriate measures. My Kimono®'s incident notification procedures take into account its legal obligations. My Kimono® undertakes to fully inform its Clients of all matters relating to the security of their account and to provide them with the necessary information to help them comply with their own regulatory obligations.
9. "Cookies" and Internet Tags
